Effective Jan. 1, 2022, the prices of RoMa Craft Tobac cigars increased by an average of 3.8 percent.

The changes are the result of increased costs for tobacco, labor, logistics, and FDA compliance according to Skip Martin, co-founder of RoMa Craft Tobac. Martin told halfwheel that this is the first price increase for the company since July 2019 and he left open the door for another increase if the RoMa Craft’s costs continue to rise.

Within each line, the price changes will vary from cigar to cigar, but RoMa Craft Tobac provided halfwheel the average increase for each line:

  • Aquitaine — 7.3 percent
  • CroMagnon — 9.5 percent
  • Baka — 1.4 percent
  • Intemperance BA XXI — 4.3 percent
  • Intemperance EC XVIII — 5.2 percent
  • Intemperance WR 1794 — 9.7 percent
  • Neanderthal — 2.1 percent
  • Limited Editions — 1.9 percent
  • El Catador Samplers — 3.5 percent
