For just the second time in its history, Crowned Heads will increase the prices of most of the cigars it sells starting Jan. 1, 2022.

Jon Huber, co-founder of Crowned Heads, told halfwheel the new prices represent a 4-5 percent increase depending on the cigar. One line is not increasing, the recently-released CHC Serie E will remain at its current prices.

“Earlier this month, we celebrated the 10-year anniversary of shipping our first boxes of cigars and we could not have made it this far without your support,” said the company in a letter to retailers. “As we look towards 2022 and our next ten years to come, we are facing cost increases ranging from freight to materials (tobacco, boxes, bands, etc.) to labor, and user fees. As a result, we will be making price adjustments across our portfolio of brands effective January 1, 2022.”

The following chart is a live look at what companies have announced price increases or no price increase for 2022.
