Plasencia 1865, the Plasencia family’s own company of cigar brands, has announced that it will increase prices on Jan. 1, 2022.

The increase will be an across the board 3 percent price hike for all of its brands except the recently launched Cosecha 149, which will remain at its current price. The company says this is the first time it has increased prices since its portfolio went on sale in October 2016. Most companies have cited increases in raw material costs as the reason for the current wave of price changes.

Between now and Feb. 1, 2022, many companies are expected to announce and implement price increases. Some have begun the process of informing retailers that increases are coming, but many have not disclosed the details of the pricing adjustments.

The following chart is a live look at what companies have announced price increases or no price increase for 2022.
