That said, some of the software we use to produce this site is increasingly relying on AI as part of its core product. For example, Grammarly, proofreading software, and the tools we use to translate the site into languages other than English both use AI. Partagás Línea Maestra Arrives in Andorra
There were many surprising things about the Partagás Línea Maestra line when it was announced during last year’s Festival del Habano XXIII: it was the first new regular production line under Habanos S.A.’s Partagás line in quite a while, they are made with 109-style caps and all three sizes are new vitolas for the Cuban system.
However, the biggest surprise came last week when boxes started showing up at retailers in Andorra. I was not expecting to see the line shipped for at least 18 months, so the fact that they are already becoming available was very welcome news indeed.
Stogie Mag, Inspired by the AR-15, Debuts at PCA 2024
When I first saw this product inspired by the magazine of an AR-15, I was a bit taken aback. The storage option is designed to hold six cigars up to 5 1/4 x 52 and includes a custom Integra Boost humidification pack for the cigars while they are stored.
While I am sure there is a market for this type of product, I would be concerned about issues with both damage and humidification. With that said, if this product works the way it is designed, it is a very interesting option for those looking to purchase a unique case to carry and store their cigars.
OpusX La Edición de la Sociedad Previewed at PCA 2024
Although this new OpusX blend was shown off by Manny Iriarte Enterprises during the 2023 PCA Show, the company was actually taking orders for the 6 1/4 x 49 cigars during this year’s show. Interestingly, the company has so far declined to set an MSRP, so I would not be surprised if there will be retailers who charge more than $150 for each cigar when they are released.
The cigars are not going to be on shelves anytime soon—the company says it hopes to have the cigars on shelves in late 2024–but it is never too early to start saving up.
