Proceeds from the NYTA Rocky Patel Empire are being donated to the New York Tobacconist Association to fund the organization’s efforts to help cigar shops in New York. Specifically, bills that would create a 50-cent tax cap for cigars sold in New York and another that would make it easier for cigar stores to serve alcohol.
