For the fourth consecutive year, the Quesada Oktoberfest will use a blend that is topped off with a Mexican San Andrés wrapper.

Quesada has announced that it will preview the upcoming Oktoberfest 2024 later this month before shipping it to stores over the summer. Once again, the blend uses a Mexican wrapper over a Dominican binder and Dominican fillers.

While the three core sizes of the Oktoberfest—Bavarian, Das Boot and Über—will return in 2024, Quesada is offering five vitolas for sale this year:

  • Quesada Oktoberfest 2024 Bavarian (5 1/2 x 52) — $11.50 (Box of 10, $115)
  • Quesada Oktoberfest 2024 Das Boot (6 x 52) — $11.50 (Box of 10, $115)
  • Quesada Oktoberfest 2024 Über (6 x 65) — $12 (Box of 10, $120)
  • Quesada Oktoberfest 2024 Kaiser Ludwig (6 x 49) — $10 (Box of 10, $100)
  • Quesada Oktoberfest 2024 Kugel (5 x 38/58/44) —$12 (Bundle of 10, $120)

The first four are available in boxes of 10 and are limited to 500 boxes per size. The Kugel is an event-only vitola limited to just 100 bundles. Both of these vitolas were most recently offered for sale in 2019, albeit in a different blend.

“Creating this seasonal cigar every year is always an opportunity to blend a perfect smoke that suits such a favorite drink among cigar enthusiasts as beer,” said Raquel Quesada in a press release. “This year’s blend keeps a medium plus profile that balances wonderfully with the Oktoberfest style beers and can be enjoyed in almost any occasion.”

They will be shown off to retailers at the 2024 PCA Convention & Trade Show, which takes place March 23-25 in Las Vegas. Quesada says it expects the cigars to head to stores in July.
