There’s a new sampler of Diesel cigars that contains some of the more unique shapes and sizes of cigars.

The Diesel Sideshow has begun arriving at stores. Inside are eight cigars that are designed to look visually interesting. This includes vitola like a culebra, a lancero that is twisted to form a spiral, a double perfecto and a cigar with what appears to be veins attached to the wrapper.

The cigars use Ecuadorian habano and Pennsylvania broadleaf wrappers over a Mexican San Andrés binder and a mixture of Nicaraguan tobaccos from Condega and Estelí. Like other Diesels, the cigars are made at Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars de Nicaragua S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua.

Inside each sampler is one of the following:

  • Diesel Frog Boy (4 1/2 x 60)
  • Diesel Pin Head (5 x 54)
  • Diesel Two-Headed Nightingale (6 x 60)
  • Diesel Bearded Lady (6 x 46)
  • Diesel Elephant Man (6 x 52)
  • Diesel Bohemian Twins (7 x 38)
  • Diesel Strong Man (7 x 58)

Technically, Forged Cigar Co. describes this as a seven-cigar sampler, though the culebra release contains two different cigars. Traditionally, a culebra contains three individual cigars.

Forged says the Diesel Sideshow will begin shipping on Oct. 18, though some stores have indicated they have already received the Sideshow. It is limited to 1,000 samplers.
