Crux Cigars has announced that it has begun shipping its two Limitada releases for 2020: The Show 2020 and PB5 2020.

Both cigars use the same blend, a Nicaraguan Engañoso wrapper over a Connecticut broadleaf and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. Crux says the Engañoso tobacco is exclusive to the company.

  • Crux Limitada PB5 2020 (5 3/4 x 54) — $12.99 (Box of 20, $259.80)
  • Crux Limitada The Show 2020 (5 x 52) — $10.99 (Box of 20, $219.80)

Both cigars are limited to 1,000 units of 20 cigars, half of which will be boxes of 20 and the others will be sold in refill bundles of 20.

The Show 2020 features a 109-style cap, a cross between the typical round head of a parejo and a pointed cap of a belicoso. The cigar was formerly known as the Limitada IPCPR, a reference to the old name of the industry’s most important trade show, which still appears on the box. The PB5 debuted in 2016.

This is the first time the Limitada release has been sold since Crux updated its packaging last summer.
