There will be at least one more Cuban cigar released this year.

Last Friday, the La Casa del Habano franchise in Toronto announced that the Trinidad Vigía (4 1/3 x 54) has arrived in stores. The Vigía is the first new regular production Trinidad since the Robusto T in 2012. As has been the case for the Trinidad brand, it will come in boxes of 12.

Canada appears to be one of, if not the, first market to receive the new cigar. Other distributors told halfwheel they expect to begin shipping cigars to retailers in early 2015.

Vigía translates into watch or watchtower.
