The size is shared with the Bolívar Belicoso Finos and Romeo y Julieta Belicosos. It is the first time that the Saint Luis Rey brand has been used for a regional edition in Germany.

The cigar pays tribute to Jean-Baptiste Poquelin, better known as Molière. He was born in 1622 and was the author of the comedy Dom Juan.

The 2025 price increase appears to be more modest than last year’s. While prices of Cohiba Behike BHK will go up by more than 20 percent, Trinidad is once again the only brand to mostly be unaffected by the increase.

Habanos S.A’s Réplica de Humidor Antiguo series debuted in 2006, releasing a large-format cigar in a humidor designed to replicate a vintage one. Announced in 2017, the El Rey del Mundo Império didn’t debut until April 2019, and it’s the most recent to be released, despite four more having been announced since.

The first cigar is an exclusive release for Macau, while the second will eventually be sold by stores across Asia. The two cigars debuted last month during a dinner hosted by Pacific Cigar Co., the distributor of Cuban cigars in more than 30 countries across Asia and Oceania.

Following months of rumors that there might be a new BHK 58, or even 59, Habanos S.A. says that the Friday night gala dinner will be dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the Cohiba BHK. In addition, the Cuban cigar monopoly will celebrate 150 years of Romeo y Julieta.

Over the history of the La Gloria Cubana brand, the Glorias name has been used for at least three different cigars. In this case, it was for an Edición Regional released for Germany in late 2016.

The Montecristo L’Esprit humidors were created to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the French humidor and accessories maker S.T. Dupont. Each of the designs—which include Le Crépuscule, La Nuit and L’Aurore—are named after three different stages of night though the cigars inside are the same.

Imagine a Cohiba version of the Trinidad Esmeralda. Okay, now imagine it with an unnecessary foot band.

Despite Habanos S.A. not being in InterTabac exhibitor, the Cuban cigar monopoly is still the talk of the town. All of that might seem a bit strange, especially as non-Cuban cigars are no longer competing for Cuban cigars.
