In the spring of 2023, Powstanie added a 5 1/2 x 46 corona gorda as the fifth size in its core lines, the Habano and Broadleaf. After a year of rest, the time has come to revisit the skinniest size in the line.

Palmer, who co-hosts the Cigar Hustlers Podcast with Mike Szczepankewicz, has a new role at the distribution company. Pospiech is the distributor for Chogüí, Fable Cigars, Fosforo, FQ Cigars and Powstanie.

While Fosforo’s price increases are around 5 percent, Powstanie is increasing between 6-20 percent.

Fine Ash Cigars has launched Ceniza Fina, Spanish for “fine ash.” The first blend is made at TABACALERA LA iSLA and will begin shipping to stores this month.

Just before the summer heat set in, Powstanie added a new corona gorda to its Broadleaf and Habano lines, the thinnest vitola in each.

The Fosforo Robusto and Toro are heading to stores. In addition, the Corona Gorda, which was released in limited quantities in April, is now available again.

This cigar was rolled at Tabacalera Segovias de Estelí more than 18 months ago.

Very few details are known about Heartbreaker 2.0, but it could include Dominican broadleaf and pelo de oro.

The store, located on the Kentucky-Indiana border has contracted Pospiech, Inc.—best known for the Powstanie brand—to distribute the line to other retailers.
