Micallef Cigars

This is the first box-pressed vitola in the company’s Black line. The blend remains the same as the previous two sizes that were introduced last year: a Mexican San Andrés wrapper covering an Ecuadorian habano binder and a filler blend of Nicaraguan tobaccos.

Released last year, the Connecticut Londres was part of a sampler that included 16 cigars, two each of the company’s eight different core-line blends. Carrying the name Micallef Collectors Edition, the sampler was made to commemorate the 80th birthday of company founder Al Micallef.

The Micallef Red is offered in the same two vitolas—with the same prices—as the company’s Black and Blue lines. At least one retailer has already started selling the cigar and launch events are scheduled to take place for the next month.

A follow-up release to last year’s Micallef Black line.

Last August, the two companies announced that Micallef’s sales team would be led by Micky Pegg, co-founder of All Saints. In addition, Micallef sales rep began selling All Saints products. Those agreements are coming to an end.

The new release is a follow-up to last year’s Micallef Black line. It’s a different blend, but offered in the same two sizes as the Micallef Black.

The Fort Worth-based company says the Micallef Black is made to be fuller than the company’s typical medium profile.

Pegg is the new president of sales for Micallef Cigars.

Micallef Cigars is back with a black and gold themed booth, befitting their new release the Micallef Black.

The new regular production is debuting at events next month before its full release at the 2023 PCA Convention & Trade Show in July.

The two new sizes debuted at events in March, but began shipping to stores nationwide this week.
