The Montecristo L’Esprit humidors were created to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the French humidor and accessories maker S.T. Dupont. Each of the designs—which include Le Crépuscule, La Nuit and L’Aurore—are named after three different stages of night though the cigars inside are the same.

Intertabak AG, the Swiss distributor of Cuban cigars, has reportedly told its customers that the Cuban cigar monopoly is moving supplies from distributors that are only partially-owned by Habanos S.A. to ones that are owned entirely by Habanos S.A.

The Montecristo Edmundo Reserva Cosecha 2018 is a special version of the Montecristo Edmundo that is made with tobacco from the 2018 harvest. In Switzerland, it has an SRP of approximately $200 per cigar.

It’s the first limited edition VegaFina release for Switzerland.

Announced in 2021, the Cohiba Ambar has arrived in at least one country.

The El Emisario will arrive at LCDHs on Feb. 6, while it will begin heading to other Swiss stores on Feb. 13.

It’s thicker than the original, and it’s arrived in at least two markets.

The new cigar is part of the Línea Retro. It will head to select stores in Switzerland next month alongside the new Partagás Aliados.

After waiting for roughly three years, the latest regional edition for Switzerland will arrive in stores in late March.
