Habanos Claims 8 Percent Rise in Sales
Habanos S.A. sales are up 8% according to co-president Jorge Luis Fernández Maique. The new report also indicates tobacco production is going smoothly, which is not the case in every major cigar producing country.
The figures are preliminary, and only indicative through August, the final 2012 figures will likely be announced at the Festival del Habano XV on February 26, 2013.
