To no one’s surprise, there will be a Tatuaje TAA 2020.
What is somewhat surprising is the packaging. Pete Johnson of Tatuaje posted a picture of a box for the TAA 2020 that appears to be quite different than the first nine Tatuaje TAAs.
Last week, Johnson posted a picture of the cigar without a band, but declined to provide more details about the release.
As the name implies, the Tatauje TAA is made for retail members of the Tobacconists’ Association of America (TAA). Each year, Tatuaje and others make special cigars for the roughly 80 retail members of the organization.
Last year marked only the second time the Tatuaje TAA has been something other than a blend of a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers.
