Sinistro Adds Lanceros & Perfectos in Limited Samplers

There are new lancero and perfecto sizes for a trio of Sinistro blends thanks to two new samplers.

Each sampler will contain a total of 12 cigars, four each of three different blends. Both are limited to 150 samplers.

The Sinistro Lancero Edicion Limitada sampler contains 7 x 40 lanceros, priced at $103. Inside are four of the following:

• Sinistro Mr. Black Lancero Edicion Limitada
• Sinistro Mr. Red Lancero Edicion Limitada
• Sinistro Mr. White Lancero Edicion Limitada

The Sinistro Destro Edicion Limitada contains a dozen 4 1/2 x 58 perfectos with a pigtail cap, a vitola it shares with the the La Aurora 107 Zeppelin. Pricing is set at $164 and each sampler comes with four of the following:

• Sinistro Mr. Black Destro Edicion Limitada
• Sinistro Mr. Red Destro Edicion Limitada
• Sinistro Mr. White Destro Edicion Limitada

All three blends are available in other sizes as regular production offerings from Sinistro. Each is rolled at La Aurora Cigar Factory in the Dominican Republic.

As for the blends, Mr. Black uses a Nicaraguan habano wrapper and binder over Nicaraguan fillers and Pennsylvania broadleaf. The company says the blend uses tobacco from all four of the major growing regions of Nicaragua.

Mr. Red uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over an Ecuadorian Sumatran binder and fillers from the Dominibacn Republic and Nicaragua.

Mr. White has a 10-year-old Dominican habano wrapper over binders from Cameroon and Ecuador. The fillers include Dominican andullo tobacco, Nicaraguan tobacco and tobaccos from Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

Sinistro began shipping the samplers today.
