RoMa Craft Tobac has announced that it will be adding a new 6 x 54 toro extra size to its four Intemperance blends. However, those new vitolas will replace the 5 1/2 x 54 belicoso that it currently sells in each of those lines.

The new sizes are:

  • Intemperance BA XXI Treachery
  • Intemperance EC XVIII Fidelity
  • Intemperance WR 1794 Tully
  • Intemperance VO 1920 Fiorello La Guardia

They are expected to arrive at the end of the year in an Intemperance Catador de Los Gran Toros sampler, something RoMa Craft Tobac has done in the past with various vitolas. Around next April’s 2025 PCA Convention & Trade Show, the company will make the cigars available as regular production cigars sold in standalone 24-count boxes.

At the same time, RoMa Craft will stop offering the 5 1/2 x 54 belicosos in each of those lines as regular production SKUs. The affected cigars are:

  • Intemperance BA XXI Ambition
  • Intemperance EC XVIII Industry
  • Intemperance WR 1794 Washington
  • Intemperance VO 1920 Roy Olmstead

Those cigars will still be available, but only as limited production offerings. RoMa Craft Tobac has a large catalog of limited production vitolas which are oftentimes released once per year and/or offered to retailers as part of event orders.

In a post on Instagram, Skip Martin—co-founder of RoMa Craft—said that the pricing for the new toro extra sizes is “expected to be the same as the current pricing for belicosos.”
