General Cigar Co.’s Punch Knuckle Buster line is getting a new size that is short and fat.

Fittingly, the new 4 1/2 x 60 parejo size is called the Punch Knuckle Buster Habano Stubby. Like the rest of the line, it uses a Nicaraguan habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan habano binder and fillers from Honduras and Nicaragua. It is made at STG Danlí in Honduras.

“Punch Knuckle Buster Habano Stubby packs a punch…or more like a jab,” said John Hakim, brand manager for Punch, in a press release. “The Stubby delivers what fans loved about Knuckle Buster Habano in a new ‘stubby’ size. And since we mentioned wrestling, Knuckle Buster Habano Stubby is like the Iron Shiek’s Camel Clutch – it’s bold, it’s complex and it wraps up at just the right time.”

The Punch Knuckle Buster Habano Stubby has an MSRP of $5.39 per cigar and will be sold in boxes of 20. General Cigar Co. says it expects the line to ship in early April.

The Knuckle Buster Habano was introduced in 2020; a year ago, the company added the Knuckle Buster Maduro.

Update — An earlier version of this article indicated the Knuckle Buster Maduro was released in March 2023; it was released in March 2022.
