Punch Rare Corojo Becomes Regular Production Release

After years of being an annual limited production release, General Cigar Co. says that the Punch Rare Corojo is now a regular production item. It’s offered in eight full-time vitolas as well as new limited edition box-pressed gordo.

CAO Amazon Basin Gets 2025 Release

Unlike most limited editions, the CAO Amazon Basin has been so popular that General Cigar Co. continues to schedule new production and shipments. The blend includes a tobacco grown in Brazil called Bragança, which the company says can only be harvested every three years.

CAO Arcana Thunder Smoke

According to the company, this is the first premium cigar to use tobaccos from South Africa and Zimbabwe. The cigar takes its name from Zimbabwe’s iconic Victoria Falls, one of the world’s largest waterfalls.

La Gloria Cubana Gran Legado

The cigars that make up this limited release were made by 20 workers, each of whom have at least 15 years of experience. The blend includes tobacco from higher priming leaves that are taken from closer to the top of the tobacco plant to add more flavor and strength.

Weller by Cohiba Humidor Coming to Stores This Month

The holiday gift set includes the 2022, 2023 and 2024 versions of the Weller by Cohiba cigars, which feature binder leaves aged in Weller bourbon barrels. While there isn’t any bourbon in the set, there are two whiskey glasses.
