There’s a new Punch cigar, inspired by (Americanized) Chinese food.

The Punch Egg Roll is a limited edition 4 1/2 x 50 Rothschild with a shaggy foot, which—according to General Cigar Co.— is supposed to mimic the cabbage texture when you bite into an actual egg roll.

As for the blend, it uses a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper over an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder and fillers from Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Mexico and the U.S.

It’s packaged in 25-count bundles that are made to mimic the takeout boxes found at Chinese restaurants. Also continuing the theme is a fortune that is found on the inside of the band.

Pricing is set at $3.99 per cigar and it is limited to 3,000 bundles of 25. General Cigar Co. expects the cigar to be on shelves by April 1.
