J.C. Newman’s Bricktoberfest Returns for 2024

For the third consecutive year, J.C. Newman’s Bricktoberfest promotion will include a special cigar.

That cigar is the Brick House Bricktoberfest 2024, which is more or less the same as last year’s release. It’s a 6 x 52 toro with a pigtail cap that is made entirely of Nicaraguan tobacco including a wrapper from Jalapa and binders from Condega and Estelí. The original 2022 release used a different blend. The cigars are made at J.C. Newman PENSA.

Like last year, it will have an MSRP of $10 and it comes in boxes of 10 cigars.

Due to a packaging issue last year, not every box of cigars had secondary bands. Some Bricktoberfest 2023 cigars came with the secondary band, some did not. This year, all of the cigars will have the secondary band.

In addition to the Bricktoberfest cigar, there is also the Bricktoberfest promotion. Between Sept. 16-Oct. 31, consumers who purchase seven Brick House cigars on any kind from participating retailers can get a free ceramic Bricktoberfest beer stein. This promotion is running around the time of Oktoberfest; J.C. Newman says the Bricktoberfest cigar is designed to be paired with märzen-style beer, the beer traditionally served during Oktoberfest.
