First there was an HVC Selección No.1 Maduro. Then there was a HVC Selección No.1 Natural. Next up will be the HVC Selección No.1 Connecticut.

HVC Cigar has announced that it will show off the new HVC Selección No.1 Connecticut at next month’s 2024 PCA Convention & Trade Show before shipping the new line during the first week of April. Blend-wise, it uses an Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers from Estelí and Jalapa. It is made at HVC’s factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.

All three HVC Selección No. 1 lines are offered in the same three regular production sizes.

  • HVC Selección No. 1 Connecticut Short Robusto (4 1/2 x 52) — $9.60 (Box of 20, $192)
  • HVC Selección No. 1 Connecticut Esenciales (5 5/8 x 46) — $9 (Box of 20, $180)
  • HVC Selección No. 1 Connecticut Poderosos (6 x 54) — $10.50 (Box of 20, $210)

The 2024 PCA Convention & Trade Show takes place March 23-25 in Las Vegas.
