Fratello has announced that it will add a sixth size to its Arlequín line later this year.

The Fratello Arlequín Corona Gorda is a 5 1/2 x 48 box-pressed grand corona size. Like the rest of the line, the new vitola will use a Mexican San Andrés wrapper, Ecuadorian habano binder, and fillers from Peru and Nicaragua. The line is produced at Fábrica de Tabacos Joya de Nicaragua S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua.

When it debuts this June, the Arlequín Corona Gorda will have an MSRP of $10.50 per cigar and will come in boxes of 20.

This will be the sixth size for the line, though only four are regular production cigars:

  • Fratello Arlequín (6 x 50) — 2019 — Space Fresh Pack Exclusive
  • Fratello Arlequín Robusto (5 1/2 x 52) — 2020 — Regular Production
  • Fratello Arlequín Toro (6 1/2 x 54) — 2020 — Regular Production
  • Fratello Arlequín Gordo (6 x 58) — 2021 — Regular Production
  • Fratello Arlequín Perfecto (6 x 58) — 2021 — 5,000 Total Cigars
  • Fratello Arlequín Corona Gorda (5 1/2 x 48) — June 2023 — Regular Production

Of note, neither the original 6 x 50 Arlequín nor the Perfecto remain in production.
