XIKAR has announced its newest cutter design, the Ensō.

It has a round shape like the company’s XO double guillotine, but the XIKAR Ensō will only require a singular handle to be pressed down, unlike the two handles needed for the XO. Once you press down the singular handle, the two blades will move with a single cutting action.

The Ensō is 2.5 inches in diameter and .5 inches thick, the same dimensions as the XO. It will cut up to 72 ring gauge cigars with a 68 ring gauge cigar able to fit through the inside of the cutter.

It will be priced at $99.99 and offered in black, silver, blue, neon orange, red and neon green. XIKAR says it will begin shipping the Ensō this fall. It will debut at the 2019 IPCPR Convention & Trade Show.
