A trio of Viaje cigars will ship to retailers next week.

The company has announced that the 2021 batch of Super Shot and a new cigar called Phat Carolina Reaper are included in the upcoming shipment.

Super Shot will return its normal two sizes: 10 Gauge (3 1/2 x 54, $7.44) and 12 Gauge (3 1/4 x 52, $7.04). This is the regular version of the blend, meaning a Nicaraguan criollo wrapper over Nicaraguan fillers. The sizes are named after shotgun shells and the packaging is designed to look like a box of shells.

The Phat Carolina reaper is a combination of two prior Viaje releases, namely Carolina Reaper and Phat Jalapeño. The Carolina Reaper is a Nicaraguan puro that debuted in a 4 7/8 x 50 perfecto size in 2018. It will now be offered in the 5 3/16 x 55 size, the same as Phat Jalapeño, which came out last year.

Viaje says it is priced the same as the Phat Jalapeño, which means roughly $9.44 per cigar.

All three cigars are produced at Raíces Cubanas in Honduras.

A spokesperson for Viaje declined to disclosed production numbers for this shipment.
