Enor International has announced a pair of new lighters under its Techno Torch brand as it continues to roll out new and updated designs for the summer.
The first, the 21621, is a wind-resistant dual torch lighter that comes with a single action ignition, visible fuel window, and slide-out punch cutter. It measures 2 1/2″ x 1 1/4″ x 9/16″ and is priced at $9.95 for either of the two metallic gunmetal color options.
The second lighter, the 10559R, is a single flame torch that features an extendable wind-resistant jet, which the company says can aid in lighting a cigar or other object while minimizing the heat felt by the fingers. It measures 4 1/4″ x 1 3/4″ x 13/16″, with the torch extending out 3 1/8″ when fully deployed. It features a rubberized grip on the body and is available in four colors: green, orange, black, and blue, each priced at $9.95.
Both lighters are currently shipping to retailers.
I strive to capture the essence of a cigar and the people behind them in my work – every cigar you light up is the culmination of the work of countless people and often represents generations of struggle and stories. For me, it’s about so much more than the cigar – it’s about the story behind it, the experience of enjoying the work of artisans and the way that a good cigar can bring people together. In addition to my work with halfwheel, I’m the public address announcer for the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks during spring training, as well as for the Salt River Rafters of the Arizona Fall League, the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury, the G-League's Valley Suns, and previously the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League. I also work in a number of roles for Major League Baseball, plus I'm a voice over artist. Prior to joining halfwheel, I covered the Phoenix and national cigar scene for Examiner.com, and was an editor for Cigar Snob magazine.
