The limited edition was created to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the E.P. Carrillo brand that Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr. founded with his daughter and son. Interestingly, the blend features a Nicaraguan binder from the country’s Jalapa region that E.P. Carrillo claims is 15-years-old.
