Potters Mercantile, the new name of Tabac Trading Co., has announced two new cigar that will ship to stores later this year.

Potter’s Ranch is a new 6 1/2 x 56 toro extra with a pigtail. It uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper over a broadleaf binder from the San Andrés Valley in Mexico. The fillers include corojo seco from Condega, Nicaragua, corojo viso from Jalapa, Nicaragua and broadleaf ligero from Pennsylvania.

It’s a new regular production cigar that will have an MSRP of $12 per cigar. Pat Potter told halfwheel that he hopes to ship the cigar in September.

There will also be a new limited edition cigar, the Two Feathers. It’s a 5 1/2 x 52 robusto extra that uses an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over a binder from Cameroon and fillers that include seco from Condega, corojo viso from Jalapa and San Andrés broadleaf ligero.

Two Feathers will also have an MSRP of $12 per cigar. It will be limited to 200 boxes upon release, which is targeted for November. Box counts have not been disclosed.

Both cigars are being made at Las Villas Cigars in Estelí, Nicaragua.
