In August, Patoro will begin selling its Platino Churchill in the U.S.

While the size has been offered to retailers in Europe, it is currently not sold in the U.S. It measures 7 x 48 and is made entirely of Dominican tobaccos, aged between five and eight years. The MSRP is set at $23.60 per cigar and the Platino Churchill is sold in boxes of 25 cigars. The Platino line, which is made at the De Los Reyes factory in the Dominican Republic, debuted in 2003. Blend-wise, it uses mostly piloto cubano tobaccos, though it also includes some San Vicente tobacco.

Patoro will show off the cigar at next month’s 2023 PCA Convention & Trade Show before the cigars begin shipping in August.
