Manny Iriarte Enterprises’s first cigar is off to stores.

Following a launch party on Saturday, Oct. 19 in Miami, the company has begun shipping the Fuente Fuente OpusX La Edición de la Sociedad. It’s offered in a single 6 1/4 x 49 size that features the blue and yellow color pallette that the company uses for its branding. The blend of the cigar has not been disclosed. Previously, Carlos “Carlito” Fuente Jr. said that it is a “a unique and extremely limited Opus Blend. Different and (e)Xtremely impressive richness and intensity.”

The company has decided to not set a suggested retail price for the cigar, though using industry-standard margins, it should be priced at $90 before taxes. Some retailers have already listed the cigar at higher prices. Each box contains 20 cigars, presented on two trays of 10.

While it’s only offered in one vitola at the moment, more sizes are planned for next year.

This cigar is part of The OpusX Society, a project between Manny Iriarte Enterprises and Arturo Fuente, which owns the OpusX brand. Iriarte—the person—has been a frequent collaborator with Arturo Fuente, including on the company’s collaborations with Hublot. He is also credited with designing the OpusX 20th Anniversary Celebration packaging and a line of S.T. Dupont accessories that launched alongside the release. In 2021, he launched The OpusX Society, which produces its accessories as well as special Fuente-themed version of Elie Bleu accessories.
