LH Premium Cigars’ “Nick” line now has a 6 x 64 figurado known as the Panzon.

It began shipping to stores in late September. It’s a cigar that was born after the Nick & Jim P.B.E., a collaboration between LH’s Nick Syris and Island “Jim” Robinson that launched in 2017. After that, he created a blend for 2nd Street Cigars in a 6 x 46 lonsdale shape that was referred to as “Nick.”

That blend included an Ecuadorian vuelta abajo wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Brazilian mata fina, Nicaraguan and Peruvian fillers. While the “Nick” and Nick & Jim P.B.E. share some similarities—including name, packaging and the origin of the wrapper—the blends are different.

The Panzon—which is Spanish slang for a fat person, or more precisely, “pot-bellied”—is priced at $12 while the original “Nick” Lonsdale is priced at $9.60 per cigar.

Both cigars are rolled at Tabacos de Costa Rica in Costa Rica.
