Earlier this year, at the 2024 PCA Convention & Trade Show, Kristoff showcased a new look for its Vengeance line. Gone were the rough-cut boxes and loose tobacco surrounding the cigars, replaced with a more modern box style and more elegant bands and box labels that use gold foil and intricate filigree.

Those changes would end up being the template for a portfolio-wide refresh that Kristoff was undertaking, and now two more lines are ready to hit store shelves in their new packaging as the Pistoff Kristoff and the Kristoff San Andrés begin to roll out to retailers.

The next two lines to roll out the new look will likely be the Kristoff Cameroon and Kristoff Corojo Limitada, though a specific timeline for their release has not yet been set. They will begin appearing once existing stock that uses the previous design is depleted.

Glen Case, owner and founder of Kristoff, told halfwheel that the process of changing over four more lines is currently underway. Materials for the Original Criollo, Original Maduro, GC Signature, and Sumatra lines are currently being printed, with Case estimating that those lines are about 8-10 weeks away from being ready to ship to stores.

Case added that the goal is to have all of the new packaging on display at the 2025 PCA Convention & Trade Show in April.

I strive to capture the essence of a cigar and the people behind them in my work – every cigar you light up is the culmination of the work of countless people and often represents generations of struggle and stories. For me, it’s about so much more than the cigar – it’s about the story behind it, the experience of enjoying the work of artisans and the way that a good cigar can bring people together. In addition to my work with halfwheel, I’m the public address announcer for the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks during spring training, as well as for the Salt River Rafters of the Arizona Fall League, the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury, the G-League's Valley Suns, and previously the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League. I also work in a number of roles for Major League Baseball, plus I'm a voice over artist. Prior to joining halfwheel, I covered the Phoenix and national cigar scene for Examiner.com, and was an editor for Cigar Snob magazine.
