Isabela Cigar Co. has announced its latest release: SkyFall.

The SkyFall is a 5 x 54 double perfecto that uses a Nicaraguan hybrid maduro wrapper with Ecuadorian desflorado tobacco used as accenting stripes for the wrapper. Underneath is a Nicaraguan binder and various Nicaraguan fillers that have been aged for different amounts of time. Johnny Piette, founder of Isabella, described SkyFall as the company’s most aggressive blend to date.

“It’s like the painting masterpiece you don’t want to let go of,” said Piette in an email. “We blended and crafted this art when the COVID lockdown hit, and we were all on the edge of the world… the edge of the cliff… the end of the world.. the sky falling… and instead of crumbling, we created…”

Approximately 3,700 cigars were rolled, split between 100 boxes of 12 cigars and 100 bundles of 25 cigars. The MSRP is set at $14.95 per cigar. Isabela’s cigars are rolled in Nicaragua at an undisclosed factory.

Piette said that SkyFall would be offered to most of the company’s authorized retailers, as well as sold directly through the company’s website. The cigars go on sale today.
