In the bottom right hand corner of the show lies the Oliva booth, something that has been virtually the same since I started coming to the show at the IPCPR 2010 Convention & Trade Show.

The booth itself features a large x-shaped structure in the middle with small rooms that seem, more often than not, to be used for storage, and some product display. The front half of the booth is Oliva branded, while the back half has white carpeting and fixtures, and is STUDIO TOBAC-themed. Both feature an array of couches and tables where meetings are conducted.Gilberto Reserva

Oliva’s main focus was on Gilberto Reserva and Reserva Blanc, a new line that has been in the works for years. It’s very competitively priced and made the list of cigars we wanted to try at the show first thanks to yours truly. Unfortunately, Oliva’s samples were delayed, so it’s going to be a little while longer before I get to try the company’s first new line since 2012.

The Connecticut is what I imagine this will be referred to as. I’m really curious to see how this cigar compares to Oliva Connecticut Reserve given the pricing.
