IPCPR 2017: Blanco Cigar Co.

Unlike a number of cigar companies, David Blanco of Blanco Cigar Co. came stocked with new blends to show off. While one of those was a bundle cigar available in three different wrappers, there was also a small vitola in one of the company’s best selling brands.

In addition, the company was showing off a collaboration with Bryan Glynn of CigarObsession.com. The aptly named Cigar Obsession line has three different blends named after the sections that most cigar reviews are broken down into when being described: 1st Third, 2nd Third and Final Third. Each of the three blends are available in two of the same vitolas—Robusto and Toro—while the remaining two sizes are different depending on the line.

NINE Mineto

A new addition to the Blanco NINE brand, the 4 x 38 Minuto is the smallest vitola so far in the line and is the only size packaged in paper-wrapped five-packs. It joins five already existing vitolas in the NINE blend, all of which are packaged in 20-count boxes.
