In addition to a variety of updates to the Herrera Estelí Norteño line, Drew Estate will be adding a new size to the original Herrera Estelí line.

The original Herrera Estelí line will gain its seventh size in the form of the Herrera Estelí Tubos, a 6 x 52 toro. Suggested pricing for that size is $11.50 and it will be sold in 10-count boxes. The company says it will begin shipping to retailers who are members of the Drew Diplomat Retail Program in October.

Herrera Esteli Tubo

The 6 x 52 dimensions are the same as the Piramide Fino, but this cigar is a parejo as opposed to a belicoso. There’s an existing Toro Especial in the line, which measures 6 1/4 x 54.

Herrera Estelí uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper over a Honduran binder and Nicaraguan fillers.

The Herrera Estelí Tubo will be shown off at the 2015 IPCPR Convention & Trade Show in New Orleans, La.

Update (April 26, 2021) — Drew Estate informed halfwheel that all of its tubos, including the Herrera Estelí, are currently offered in a 6 x 50 vitola. We have opted to leave the story as-is based on the initial information, but wanted to update the company’s details about the cigar.
