Chateau Real is back.

Drew Estate has announced that it is bringing back Chateau Real as an exclusive for online retailers. Introduced in 2006, Chateau Real was one of Drew Estate’s early attempts at making a non-infused line but eventually discontinued in favor of brands like Herrera Estelí and Undercrown.

Now, Chateau Real returns in three sizes. Blend-wise, it uses a Connecticut shade wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers.

  • Chateau Real Churchill (7 x 50) — $7 (Box of 20, $139.95)
  • Chateau Real Toro (6 x 50) — $6.75 (Box of 20, $134.95)
  • Chateau Real Robusto (5 x 50) — $6.50 (Box of 20, $129.95)

“Chateau, along with all of its secrets has since become one of the most sought-after ‘Drew Estate Ghosts,’ with collectors keeping the brand and its folklore alive,” said Jonathan Drew, president and co-founder of Drew Estate, in a press release. “We simply had to resurrect this prince of a brand. I’m absolutely thrilled that we are bringing affordable brands to market… good shit that everyone can afford and feel intelligent purchasing.”

Drew Estate also made a Chateau Real Maduro; at least as of now, the Maduro version remains discontinued.
