Last year, CigarBros launched its first product designed to be sold to consumers: the CigarBros + Boveda Humidor. Now, the company is releasing four more humidor sizes.

The CigarBros + Boveda Humidor is made of expanded polypropylene (EPP), a type of closed-cell foam that the company said is food-grade, odorless and recyclable. In addition, the humidors provide more thermal insulation and are stackable.

Last year, the company debuted the concept with an 80-count humidor that measures 10 inches long by 14 inches wide and 5.88 inches tall. It is priced at $49.99 and comes with one standard size, 60-gram Boveda pack.

After what the company describes as a successful launch of the 80-count humidor, it is adding four smaller sizes:

  • CigarBros + Boveda Humidor 5-count ($14.99)
  • CigarBros + Boveda Humidor 10-count ($19.99)
  • CigarBros + Boveda Humidor 20-count ($24.99)
  • CigarBros + Boveda Humidor 30-count ($29.99)

Regardless of size, all the humidors come with a 60-gram Boveda pack. CigarBros will begin shipping these items in May.

It also has decided to take these humidors and partner with cigar companies to offer an all-in-one humidor and cigar package. For the launch, it has partnered with nine different cigar companies to place their cigars inside of a humidor:

  • ACID 10 Kuba + 10 Blondie — $151.99
  • Brickhouse 7 + 7 +7 Toro — $151.99
  • Gurkha 20 Mixed Revenant — $151.99
  • JM’s Dominican 20 Sum + 20 Mad — $151.99
  • La Aurora 10 1985 + 10 1987 — $151.99
  • Macanudo 20 Mixed Inspirados — $145.99
  • Oliva 15 Mixed Melanio — $193.99
  • Quorum 10+10+10+10 Toro — $128.99
  • Romeo y Julieta 10 Exhib + 10 Reserva — $169.99
  • Undercrown 20 Mixed Toros — $169.99
  • Rocky Patel The Edge 20 Mixed Toros — $145.99

The company tested the product with Wooden Cork, a liquor store that also sells cigars, and said it was thrilled with the results. It hopes to be able to use these pre-packaged combinations at traditional brick-and-mortar cigar retailers, online stores and other channels like liquor, hospitality and events. In addition to selling these to wholesale accounts, the company will also sell them directly to consumers through its CigarPros division.

These humidor combinations are ready to ship to stores immediately.
