The newest cigar accessory is a wearable cigar holder, the Cigar Holder Ring.

It is the creation of Harout Bouldoukian, the son of Dr. Garo Bouldoukian of Garo Cigars, though the ring is separate from Garo Cigars and is being released under its own name. The ring is debuting in two options, one featuring the same ‘smoking man’ logo that is used on a number of Garo Cigars’ releases, as well as a non-logoed, double line ring. Both are made from stainless steel and are priced at $50. Each ring comes in a protective jewelry box.

Bouldoukian added that the company will soon be offering the ability to customize the ring with a logo or other design, a service that will be offered via CigarHolderRing.com. The ring is also available via Amazon and can be ordered by retailers to carry in their stores. He added that there are plans to add more material options, noting that he is working with a jeweler to create rings in gold and silver with diamond designs.

I strive to capture the essence of a cigar and the people behind them in my work – every cigar you light up is the culmination of the work of countless people and often represents generations of struggle and stories. For me, it’s about so much more than the cigar – it’s about the story behind it, the experience of enjoying the work of artisans and the way that a good cigar can bring people together. In addition to my work with halfwheel, I’m the public address announcer for the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks during spring training, as well as for the Salt River Rafters of the Arizona Fall League, the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury, the G-League's Valley Suns, and previously the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League. I also work in a number of roles for Major League Baseball, plus I'm a voice over artist. Prior to joining halfwheel, I covered the Phoenix and national cigar scene for Examiner.com, and was an editor for Cigar Snob magazine.
