Camacho Imperial Stout Barrel-Aged Returns
The Camacho Imperial Stout Barrel-Aged is back.
Davidoff of Geneva USA has begun shipping the Camacho Imperial Stout Barrel-Aged—a 6 x 50 toro based on the brand’s Triple Maduro—to stores nationwide, now in boxes.
The Camacho Imperial Stout Barrel-Aged debuted in 2017 as a partnership between Davidoff’s Honduran brand, Cigar Dojo and Smoke Inn. The cigar uses a Mexican San Andrés maduro wrapper over a Honduran corojo binder and Brazilian, Dominican and Honduran corojo fillers. That latter tobacco was aged in barrels that were originally used to age bourbon before being shipped to Oskar Blues, a Colorado brewery, to age Ten Fiddy, the brand’s stout. Those barrels were then shipped to Diadema Cigars de Honduras S.A. in Honduras and used to age the Honduran corojo filler.
The cigar is now being offered to retailers around the country, limited to 4,000 boxes of 10 cigars; the original cigars were sold in bundles. Pricing is set at $10.
