On Nov. 7, 2022, Robert Caldwell celebrated his 40th birthday by quietly releasing a new cigar called Long Live the King 11/07. This week, 11/07 will return to shelves.

Once again, it’s a 6 x 54 size that is being described as a “chubby toro,” though it has a taper. This time, Long Live the King 11/07 is offered in two different blends. Both are made entirely of Honduran tobacco; one uses a habano maduro wrapper while Caldwell describes the other as maduro oscuro with added ligero. Both blends were rolled three years ago at Davidoff’s Diadema Cigars de Honduras S.A. factory, i.e. the Camacho factory in Honduras, and have been aging ever since.

Caldwell says that unlike the Lost&Found series, these cigars were blended and then purposely aged for three years. For context, the regular Long Live the King blend uses a blend that is heavy on Dominican tobaccos.

Approximately 225 boxes of Long Live the King 11/07 Habano are available, while there are 325 of the 11/07 Maduro. Regardless of blend, Long the King 11/07 has an MSRP of $25 per cigar and is offered in boxes of 10 cigars.

Both Caldwell and his wife were born on Nov. 7.
