For the last two months, AGANORSA Leaf has teased the upcoming Rare Leaf Reserve Maduro. Next month, you’ll be able to purchase the new cigar.

The AGANORSA Leaf Rare Leaf Reserve Maduro uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over dual binder and filler tobaccos from Estelí and Jalapa, Nicaragua. The company says that it is “the boldest expression of Aganorsa’s signature flavor to date.”

It will be offered in three sizes:

  • AGANORSA Leaf Rare Leaf Reserve Maduro Toro (6 x 54) — $13.99 (Box of 15, $209.85)
  • AGANORSA Leaf Rare Leaf Reserve Maduro Belicoso (6 x 52) — $14.50 (Box of 15, $217.50)
  • AGANORSA Leaf Rare Leaf Reserve Maduro Robusto (5 1/4 x 52) — $13.50 (Box of 15, $202.50)

“When we launched Rare Leaf in 2021, the idea was to provide our retail partners who make the commitment to our Aganorsa Select Program with a special blend they would have exclusivity on,” said Terence Reilly, vp of sales and marketing, in a press release. “Due to the success of the original release and our Aganorsa Select retail partners’ enthusiasm for it, we are adding Rare Leaf Maduro, a truly powerful expression of Aganorsa tobacco and one I haven’t experienced before. This blend will make you sit up and pay attention while smoking or, as we say at Aganorsa, validating.”

The original Rare Leaf Reserve uses a blend made entirely of Nicaraguan tobaccos.

AGANORSA Leaf says it will ship the new line to retailers that are part of the company’s AGANORSA Select Program in May.
