This Saturday, AGANORSA Leaf will debut its new Flex Sampler, which includes 10 of its blends in a toro vitola, some of which measure 6 x 52 while others measure 6 x 54.

The full lineup includes:

  • La Validación Connecticut (6 x 52)
  • La Validación Corojo (6 x 52)
  • Signature Corojo (6 x 52)
  • Signature Maduro (6 x 52)
  • Supreme Leaf (6 x 54)
  • Rare Leaf Corojo (6 x 54)
  • Rare Leaf Maduro (6 x 54)
  • Aniversario Connecticut (6 x 52)
  • Aniversario Corojo (6 x 52)
  • Aniversario Maduro (6 x 52)

For those looking for new options in the sampler, the three Aniversario blends are offered in a round format as opposed to the cigars getting the box press that is found on the regular production versions. The Supreme Leaf also gets a new vitola, as it is round as well. In July 2020, the company released a 6 x 54 box-pressed toro, while it added a round 6 x 52 toro in February 2023, but this is the first time a round 6 x 54 version has been released.

“The sampler is perfect for both people new to Aganorsa, as it contains a vast array of expressions of our signature flavor, as well as appealing to Aganorsa Acolytes because the sampler contains rare and unreleased sizes of our blends,” Terence Reilly, vp of sales and marketing for AGANORSA Leaf, told halfwheel.

The AGANORSA Leaf Flex Sampler is priced at $140 and will only be available during in-store events at AGANORSA Select retailers. The cigars will debut this Saturday, Jan. 18 at Smoke and Joe in Cave Creek, Ariz. Production numbers on the samplers are still to be determined as events are still being scheduled throughout the year, but Reilly noted that each event will receive 10 of the samplers, making them somewhat limited at each event.

I strive to capture the essence of a cigar and the people behind them in my work – every cigar you light up is the culmination of the work of countless people and often represents generations of struggle and stories. For me, it’s about so much more than the cigar – it’s about the story behind it, the experience of enjoying the work of artisans and the way that a good cigar can bring people together. In addition to my work with halfwheel, I’m the public address announcer for the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks during spring training, as well as for the Salt River Rafters of the Arizona Fall League, the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury, the G-League's Valley Suns, and previously the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League. I also work in a number of roles for Major League Baseball, plus I'm a voice over artist. Prior to joining halfwheel, I covered the Phoenix and national cigar scene for Examiner.com, and was an editor for Cigar Snob magazine.
