After months of teasing a lancero for its Queen’s Pearls line, ADVentura began shipping the new vitola to stores last week.

The ADVentura The Royal Return Queen’s Pearls Lancero measures 7 x 40. Like the rest of the line—which was introduced last August—it uses an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper and binder, while the filler tobaccos come from the Dominican Republic, Ecuador and Nicaragua.

It has an MSRP of $15 per cigar and is limited to 1,500 bundles of 10 cigars. The company has told retailers that this will be a one-time release.

While the cigar began shipping to stores in the U.S. last week, there were some that trickled out to a select group of stores over the summer. The company said it made a test run of the cigar earlier this year and shipped it to select stores to gauge feedback.
