Viaje Zombie Biohazard Returns for 2017

Zombie, Zombie Super Shot, Zombie Antidote—and now Zombie Biohazard.

Viaje’s full family of Zombie cigars has made a return for 2017 with the latest shipping to two stores earlier this week.

Just For Him of Springfield, Mo. and R. Field Wine Co. of Hawaii are the two stores receiving cigars this year. While a spokesperson for Viaje did not respond to an email, Jessica Hutson, co-owner of Just For Him, told halfwheel her store is receiving 23 boxes of both the Green and Red variants.

They’ve priced the cigars at $11.95 per cigar or $230 per box, while R. Field Wine Co. says cigars will retail for $11.50, though that’s likely only for out-of-state sales given Hawaii’s high cigar tax.

Zombie Biohazard debuted last year with one store receiving 24 boxes of 20 of each blend, while the other store received 25 boxes of each. Last year’s Green version used a Nicaraguan criollo wrapper, while the Red used a Nicaraguan maduro wrapper. Both cigars measured 5 x 52 and were box-pressed with a round cap and perfecto foot, a signature of nearly every Viaje release not named Super Shot.
