Viaje Platino Samurai 2012 Announced

This hasn’t been a secret for a while now, but the latest version of the Viaje Platino Samurai has arrived at BURN Premium Cigar Specialist in Burnsville, MN. The cigar is actually identical to the version that shipped to Tobacco Grove in late 2010 taking the Platino blend and putting it in the Corona Gorda vitola.

BURN is to some degree the sister store of site sponsor Tobacco Grove and was selected to be the primary store for the special size this year. The only difference is that the 2012 version features a secondary band, which will be the norm with all Viajes going forward.

The release size is a bit bigger than in the past with 99 boxes of 25 (2,475) total cigars being shipped and most will be sold at BURN, although some will likely be offered at Tobacco Grove in the near future.
