The summer release of cigars from Viaje is getting a new addition – the Roman Candle.

Viaje’s owner, Andre Farkas, mentioned that a new addition would be coming to his summer cigar releases during a visit to Tucson, AZ last month for a Viaje Zombie release party. Late Tuesday night, Farkas uploaded a picture of the new cigar to his personal Facebook page:

No specific details about the Viaje Roman Candle were mentioned in the post, but Farkas confirmed the size is 9 x 50.

On the Viaje Facebook page, Farkas posted box photos of the three other cigars that have become regular releases for the company: the Summerfest, the C-4 and the TNT:

As you can see, the TNT box is the only one with much description of its contents, listing that it contains 75 sticks measuring 6 1/4 x 54.

You can read reviews of the previous C-4 here, the Summerfest 2011 Churchill here, and the TNT here.

I strive to capture the essence of a cigar and the people behind them in my work – every cigar you light up is the culmination of the work of countless people and often represents generations of struggle and stories. For me, it’s about so much more than the cigar – it’s about the story behind it, the experience of enjoying the work of artisans and the way that a good cigar can bring people together. In addition to my work with halfwheel, I’m the public address announcer for the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks during spring training, as well as for the Salt River Rafters of the Arizona Fall League, the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury, the G-League's Valley Suns, and previously the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League. I also work in a number of roles for Major League Baseball, plus I'm a voice over artist. Prior to joining halfwheel, I covered the Phoenix and national cigar scene for Examiner.com, and was an editor for Cigar Snob magazine.
