Vandermarliere Cigar Family Acquiring Two German Cigar Companies
The parent company of J. Cortès and Oliva Cigar Co. is paving the way for a new German company that will be one of the largest distributors of premium cigars in Germany. It has acquired Wörmann & Scholle and announced plans to acquire Wolfertz GmbH.
