Sisse Fjelsted Rasmussen will resign as the chief financial officer of Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG).

Rasmussen has been with STG since 2008, which includes the company’s merger with Swedish Match’s cigar and pipe divisions, as well as STG’s IPO in 2016. Her bio also lists her as executive vice president.

“I would like to thank Sisse for her leadership and significant contribution to the company since 2008,” said Niels Frederiksen, ceo of STG, in a press release. “As CFO, she has been a valuable part of Scandinavian Tobacco Group’s Executive Management, and I wish her the best of luck in her future career.”

Rasmussen will serve as cfo through the end of May, but will “be available to (STG) until the end of August 2018” according to an investor notice. That notice said Rasmussen was leaving for a job outside of STG.
