San Marcos, Calif. Bans Smoking in Parks
Smoking will no longer be allowed in the parks and around city facilities in San Marcos, Calif.
A vote on Tuesday removed the smoking areas within city parks and banned smoking 100 feet from city parks and facilities in the San Diego suburb.
San Marcos is located 20 miles north of San Diego. It has a population around 100,000.
